Victoria Kosobucki is an associate attorney at Polidori Franklin Monahan & Beattie, LLC. Victoria takes pride in practicing all aspects of family law and represents clients in various types of cases including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, common law marriage matters, allocation of parental responsibilities (parenting time and decision making), child support, maintenance (spousal support), and temporary and permanent civil protection orders.
Victoria advances client goals with diligence, candor, and creativity. She helps effectuate her clients’ objectives efficiently, whether through settlement or at trial. Victoria provides concise explanations of Colorado Family Law and her honest opinion of how the law applies to her client’s cases. This allows her clients to confidently make informed decisions for themselves and their families. Born and raised in the Midwest, Victoria attended Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her interest in family law was sparked through volunteering at her law school’s pro bono clinic where she assisted individuals with initial filings. She went on to volunteer for over 120 hours and was inducted into Marquette Law School’s Pro Bono Honor Society. Victoria moved to Colorado in 2021. When she is not practicing law, you can find her skiing or reading a good book.
